WHO
ARE WE?
Potmehúd is an independent brewery from Prague, founded in March 2018 by two Slovaks: Samuel and Libor. The name loosely translates as “rascal”, and the letters PO are a nod to Prešov, Samuel’s hometown. We enjoy brewing top-fermented favourites, but we are just as curious about less familiar beer styles.
Today, the brewery is run by Potmehúd s.r.o., with Samuel as its sole owner. Libor remains a co-founder of the brand. We explain how we brew in our article on brewing without your own brewery.
